📦 Shipping Policy (a.k.a. “When Will My Stuff Arrive?”)

Thanks for shopping with The Burnout Brand. We make products for people who are tired — not impatient — so here’s exactly how shipping works.


🖨️ Made-to-Order (Yes, On Purpose)

All of our products are printed on demand using our production partner, Printify.

That means:

  • Your item is created after you place an order

  • Nothing is pulled from a dusty warehouse

  • Nothing ships instantly (we checked)

🏭 Processing Time

  • 2–4 business days to print and prepare your order

  • Processing time happens before shipping begins

Once your order leaves production, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking.


🚚 Shipping Options (You Choose)

At checkout, you can select how fast you want your burnout delivered:

Economy Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days (after production)

  • Best for: Saving money, not in a rush

  • Tracking: Yes

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days (after production)

  • Best for: When you want it sooner but still reasonably priced

  • Tracking: Yes

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or the universe testing your patience.


📍 Tracking Info

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. This is normal. Deep breaths.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States


❗ Delays (The Stuff We Can’t Control)

While we do everything we can to ship on time, delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Weather

  • Holidays

are outside our control.

🏠 Address Accuracy Matters

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We’re not responsible for orders that:

  • Are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Are marked undeliverable by the carrier
